Goffstown Babe Ruth Softball  Information

Hello and welcome to the Goffstown Babe Ruth Softball League.  This league was set up with the intention for Goffstown Girls to be able to play softball at a competitive, yet fun level.  The league is for girls from the ages 5-16 years old.  The league is made up of 4 divisions, the 8U (Under), 10U, 12U, and 16U age groups.  Practices and home games occur at Goffstown High School, Mt. View Middle School, and Dunbarton Elementary.  The girls start pitching to each other in the 10U age division.  The girls in the 8U, 10U, 12U, and a new 14U division can try out to make the All-Star team that will represent the league in the District tournament and hopefully beyond.  Registration for the 2012 season starts in January and the first practice starts in April. 

  We compete in four age divisions:   (A player’s age is determined by how old they are on January 1^st, 2012.)

Registration:         Every Sunday at Goffstown High School from 9:00-11:00 am

Instructional:  For girls 8 and under who are playing for the first time or are not 8 years old as of January 1, 2012. 8 year old girls who have been in the instructional league for a minimum of one year are encouraged to play in the 10 and under division but not required to.

Registration Fees include a player’s uniforms, , insurance, umpires and equipment are:

16U, 12U and 10U age divisions:               $70.00

Instructional (8U) age division:                            $50.00
